At HYDRO-PHOTON we believe thorough testing is essential to the development of safe and reliable products. As a result we have conducted a wide range of testing both in house and at independent laboratories and test facilities. Testing has focussed on three general areas: microbiological, electronic and mechanical.

02/11/2006: Development of the mine clearance system WADS enters a new and exciting phase.During the past twelve months, the big mine clearance system WADS has been tested in very difficult areas in eastern Angola. When the system is fully developed, the WADS should be able to clear roads much faster than ever before and thus open areas for development and traffic. And the need is huge in the country stricken by civil war for decades.
STEMD DeminersFrom 25 September 2006 to 13 October 2006, a Trial of metal detectors will be held at the Benkovac test site. It is a STEMD (Systematic Trial and Evaluation of Metal Detectors) project for Southeast Europe - the ITEP Project 2.1.2.3. The trial will be conducted by BAM (German Institute for Materials Research and Testing) with support of HCR-CTRO.
